how is that price possible for a 512 mb 256 bit video card. Is this card even good. Does anyone know, because there has to be a catch.

The 512MB 6600 didn't get very good results in the benchmarks, and also Xmidia isn't a global brand. You would be better of getting a 6800 from my opinion.

6600 wasnt a good GPU and for 512Mb would be useless it didnt work that well with 256Mb the extra memory is more a looking good on paper exercise.
