internet problem HELP

ok this is the first for me never had this problem before to me ..3 days ago i lost internet connection got it back up same day thinking it was my provider but it wasn't.. out of no where my computer started turning on and off like crazy ok this is what i got so far i have two internet cards one built in to the motherboard and another one install now the problem i have is that computer works fine with out the internet connection as soon as i plug in the connections my computer restarts and keeps on restating till i unplug it any one have a clue on how can i fix this problem ? do i need to install a new enthernet card ?? and how do i disable the one thats built in to the motherboard ?? any help will do for me at this moment i need this computer running asap

Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

You can disable devices you are not using in the Device Manager
Control Panel> System> Hardware> Device Mgr

You can also shut off the auto restart function.
Control Panel> System> Advanced> Start Up and Recovery Settings

If the computer blue screens, post the exact error message here.
