printing booklets in publisher 2003...help!

I have an 8 page document that I am printing in booklet form. so pages 1 and 8, 2 and 7, 3 and 6, and 4 and 5 get printed at the same time on the same piece of paper, respectively. I can't figure out how to make publisher print just one of the four without printing the other three. in other words, if I only need pages 1 and 8 printed, how do I get publisher to print those two pages w/o printing the whole document?

anyone know? thanks in advance!
