empty folders

is there anyway for my computer to search for empty folders and delete them. ive found alot of them. of programs ive uninstalled.

Please NOTE: SOMETIMES, EMPTY FOLDERS ARE THERE FOR A REASON...DELETING THEM MAY NOT BE A GOOD IDEA
