61 Hz laptop displays

I have a Sager 5720 which I believe has a 61Hz screen. My NVidia settings only show 60Hz and 59Hz. Should I create a new custom profile with 61Hz, or does it not really matter?

If you arent having a problem then dont bother, it should auto detect the frequencies the monitor uses so the monitir is probably running at its proper frequency.
