About a month ago my computer broke. I couldn't get into any programs, or get online. My computer guy at work looked at it and installed some spyware stuff, cleaned up some other stuff and said it should work fine- it doesn't. I still can't send or receive e-mails, it takes a long time for me to get into any windows program and other programs I can't get into at all (i.e. I-Tunes). About the only thing I can do is get online. I've tried system scans and I even purrchased Registry Mechanic, but I'm still having many of the smae problems. Does anyone have any idea of what I might do to fix this?

Greetings Lisa

My gut tells me that you are not completely cleaned.

Please visit our malware forum and follow the instructions at the top. If the problem persists after a malware expert gives you a clean bill of health, please return here
