I just bought a used laptop w/ Windows 2000 as the OS; the machine runs without problems, however; it has another company’s name and user name (shows up on the systems properties screen).

Can the names be changed without drastic measures? I.e. reformatting etc. I own a licensed copy of 2000.

Thank you for the assistance!
