Uninstalling Panda Platinum Security 2005

I have recently renewed my Platinum membership and it included latinum 2006 upgrade. Howver, before I can load the later version I need to remove the 2005 one. I have tried to do this through 'add/remove' but to no avail. I have also attempted through 'MS Config' and unticking anything relate to Panda, but still no luck. Has anyone got any advice please?
