When I try to start ChatSpace, it says "You have already run a trial of this product at some time in the past. If you have purchased a license key, use the "Update Registration Key" item on the start menu. If you wish to start another trial, please contact ChatSpace Sales (email@example.com)".
I don't understand why it is saying this. I have installed the program on another computer and it works fine, so I know I am installing it right.
Before ChatSpace basic came out, I installed the trial version from http://chatspace.com...cfm?id=commserv . I uninstalled this one before installing the new free basic version.
Does anyone know of something that I could try that might fix this? I really want this program to work on my computer. I've already tried asking the company, but nobody answered me.
