Regular call of duty and united offensive will work on intel integrated graphics I have seen it before. It may not work on all models though.

It will run the game with everything on low settings if you have a newer intel integrated graphics card.

I still suggest getting a regular pci video card that is a fx 5500 or close to it.

do u know if future shop sells something similiar and if i bought a video card do i install it by myself at home or do i bring my comp in?tnx

Dont know about future shop dont even know what it is, but you generally order your card they send it and you install it, you could take it to a shop but its alot of hassle for a 5 minute job.
