I am new here, just came across this board in a google search. I am having the following problem: I use AIM on Windows XP, my boyfriend uses IChat. We had no problem using video chat until I installed Norton Internet Security and Antivirus 2006 the other day. Has anyone encountered this problem- I am pretty sure it has something to do with the firewall settings, but I don't want to mess around with it until I know it will solve my problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

it's deffinitely the norton firewall...just add your chat programs to the allowed list in the firewall settings
