Missing File Retrieval

Is it possible to download a missing file from microsoft.com. I tried to download and install Office Pak 3(English) last night and the installation part failed because I don't have an installation desk for XP Office With Front Page .

The file that is missing is: PROPLUS.MSI

proplus.msi is not part of the download, but part of the installation package...often times, you get this error when you have changed the isntallation path or when the cd is missing during a service pack install
