weird add on my pc?

OS: windows xp sp2
it seems that the las time I look for shoes on sk page i can see o been waching those shoes on every shoe add on the internet??? i try something.... select a diferent model of shoe and try to visit some of the pages where I use to see the adds, and there they was the last ones i look at....... do that mean i have spywhere on my pc?
