Hello,My neighbor needs help.Heres what happened on accident she deleted rundle program and her computer would not run right, She talked to some people around town they said rerun the startup disk .She couldnt find it ,bought another .

Now heres the problem it freezes whenever it asks her too type in her computers name and description.I tried to help but nothing seems to work like pressing f8 you cant get anywhere. Theres no error messages, pressing f8 asks you to start up in light or normal, whichever is chosen the start up installation freezes at the same part. The computer is four years old.

Anybody have a clue ?

This same thing happened too my first computer but it was old, just went out and bought another.

What is the make and model of the computer. What operating system is installed. What operating system did she buy. What is "rundle program"? Never heard about it.
