windows xp reboot, it wont reboot past the welcome screen

OS: windows xp



My windows xp will not boot past welcome screen not in any safe mode. I do not have a recovery disc either
Help!!!!!!

There is no other method to fix this computer other than a repair install with a XP CD.

If you are looking to try saving any data off the hard drive before trying a repair you will need to install it in another computer as a secondary drive and transfer any files you want to save to that computer.
