winmx, tcp port for incoming connections |

I downloaded winmx 3.53. I have dsl, however, the message I get is that I have no tcp port for incoming connections. What does this mean? Do I have to change some setting. I have Norton Internet Security 2005 loaded. |

winmx has been shut down; all their servers have been pulled..
