Maybe the poor person did't realize they were yelling??? We were ALL, including you,
a beginner at one time. Lighten up....perhaps you could just explain NICELY what shouting consists of. Wouldn't it be a fantastic world if we ALL did unto others as we would want to have done unto ourselves? 
MAYBE HE IS LIKE ME, U KNOW MILITARY TYPES THAT ARE TAUGHT TO DO ALL WRITING IN CAPS,EVEN AFTER ALMOST 40 YEARS I STILL HAVE TO WRITE WITH CAPS.Why are you yelling? People will get your point, without screaming!
or ecstatic at finally finding something that MIGHT assist with his challenge ???? One does get a bit on the other side with the challenges at times.

how do i go about deleting errors that are found in this program. im not to puter smart so i would need lots of explaining
have to agree with C3CEO, when I was just learning I didn't know caps was "yelling" and considered rude.
Always seemed silly and robot like to me when people get exercised over cap use, but it's no skin off my derriere so I bow to convention.
Some chatrooms have no bold or italic options, or they don't allow hypertext, and I just use caps (sparingly ) for emphasis.
