Okay, so recently I've got this icon thing on my taskbar trying to get me to buy "SpyFalcon". I searched online for the manual removal instructions and tried using the "smitRem" method (Note I used v2.8). However, whenever I finish running the Runthis.bat file in safe mode, the bubble and the icon is still there in the taskbar. When I restart to normal mode SpyFalcon will reinstall itself again (Apparently I used Spy Sweeper that blocks SpyFalcon from running, but the icon and the bubble is still there in the taskbar).

Also, when the removal instructions told me to delete dxmpp.dll manually in my system32 folder, I can never find it. Does that indicate something? I tried showing all hidden files but I'm positive it isn't there.

On the other hand, I also scanned my computer with ad-aware, spy sweeper, and spyware doctor but they all end up finding nothing, or the just the spyfalcon program. If I click to remove it, the icon is still there and it'll install spyfalcon back again if I accidentally click on it.

Thank you all very much. Help is very much appreicated. I hope I made my details clear enough. Also, please don't just simply direct me to the SmitRem method/page, I've tried it many times and it never worked (^like I have said above).
