What IP are you talking about? Your private (in network) IP? Or your public (internet) IP? To change your private IP you can set the one you want it to be by editing the TCP/IP properties of the network connection.

Oh, yeah, second question. To find your private IP type: "ipconfig /all" at a command prompt window. To find your public IP go to www.whatismyip.com.
