these files where found with noadware scan only problem can't delete them till register product don't have money to pay that now is there another free program that will take them off.and how dangerous are these files

ANY HELP ON WHAT TO DO ABOUT THESE WOULD BE GREATLLY APPRECIATED JUST TO LET WHOEVER READS THIS THE FIRST FILE LISTED WAS ALSO LISTED A FEW DAYS AGO WHEN I FELL INTO THE WINANTIVIRUS PRO 2006 PROGRAMS I SPECIFICALLY REMEMBER IT BEING THERE
