I have recently loaded a graphic arts program on my desktop and laptop. It is running fine on my laptop but whenever I attempt to open the program on my desktop I get an error message that states

Microsoft C++ runtime library

Runtime error!

Program c:....(file path).exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Any chance somebody can point me to a fix for this?
thanks in advance!

May be it is requiring MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes) libray. Can find that on microsoft site, or do google it.

I am sorry to ask....
do you know the file name or what page to find it on? I have looked on MS's site and have searched google but only come up with pay items for dl or various other things. I am just not sure EXACTLY what to look for or download.

thanks again
