Ok... this might be very hard to help with-but here it goes. I am posting this on a different computer because the internet explorer is missing on my family computer. We have had a problem with spyware so i gave them my copy of spy sweeper and and seemed to work fairly well. The infections we have had were with lopdotcom, the blue toolbar, search200, etc.
Anyway, after we ran a scan, lopdotcom appeared so we quarentined it. Then, a message appeared saying to restart the computer for the changes to take place. We do, and when we sign back on and go to IE, a menu comes up asking what program to run it with (Microsoft Word, Notepad, Wordpad, etc.)
Is there any way you would be able to help???
