I recently had a lot of problems with 98SE so I reformatted the C drive and reinstalled. Everything went fine but now that I have finished my monitor resolution is stuck at 640x480 with 16 color display. I have an ATI RAGE LT PRO card and I downloaded the drivers for it to update so I would (hopefully) eliminate that problem. Only thing is, during the installation process after I extracted the driver from the .zip file (aquired from driverguide.com) and I get an error that reads, "Setup was unable to complete the installation. Try to setup your display adapter with a standard VGA driver before running setup."

So... any ideas on what to do?

I have a PII 450, 128 RAM, my board is a Compaq 0430h, and my display is Standard PCI Graphics Adapter (VGA) [Display adapter] Korea Data Systems Visual Sensation VS-55 [Monitor]. I also have a full Belarc profile if that will help.

Edit: Nevermind, I figured it out and got it to work.
