I'm sure I have a massive spyware problem, but I can't even begin to step through the suggested steps you recommend before posting a log: Preparation, Step One: Scan for Spyware/Adware, etc.

I tried running the Cleanup! 4.0 program and it will not run and will not finish installing when I try to launch it from my hard drive.

I tried running the NoAdware program but it seems to get stuck in setup when I launch it.

I have no idea what to do next.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi mastedo, welcome to Geeks To Go Forums.

Its seems that you are infected with malware.

So please read this: Read This Before Posting A Hijackthis Log (Click on the link)

That will give you steps that will help you clean up 70% of the problems yourself. Then please download "Hijackthis" and run Hijackthis with log. Save the log file here: Malware Removal - HiJackThis Logs Go Here

When running the programs like you described and they dont work. Just skip the one and move on to the next. If you cannot run any of the programs. Just do a hijackthis log and post it through to the malware forum.

When you have followed all these steps. A Geeks To Go Staff Member will help you fix your problem.

(Note: Please be patient, the "Malware Forum" is a very busy place and a two or three day wait is not unusual.)

Thank you and goodluck. :whistling:
