Any ideas what is up? Trying to access hotmail, being told cookies muct be enabled. have done this, have also pinged hotmail, all fine. have also entered IP address rather than web address but no joy. HELP!!!!!!

please try the following,
double check that cookies are enabled, some time you click cancel by accident when the window is open instead of OK. And then some times you need to click apply to save your changes.

If cookies are still enabled try cleaning out your internet cache, if you know how to please do it, however if you don't please post your the browser(s) that you use in your next post and i'll give furthur instuctions.

I have tried all the normal corrections.
I asked the same questions we have tried all the normal issues.
I also said I fully patched all the XP patches.
