You would have to get a used one. I think I saw them selling treo 650s for $150 at one time but taht was with sign up deals, etc. And then you pay Sprint or whomever the $15 vision charge each month plus additional phone minutes.

You can get new ones it depends if you want a pocket PC or a palm.
Ive got a clie i got a couple of years ago for $140 it still does what i bought it do and everything that palms do but it doesnt have the features or power of a pocket PC.
If you need something that just does your basic palm things then you can get them clies if they still make them are good, pocketPCs are more common because the windows mobile OS and extra power makes them more flexible.
They just arent as common these days, alot of people dont like the compromise and go for more full featured laptops or tablet PCs.
