I posted this in hardware but this forum might be more appropriate.

Does a Cisco 800 series router keep track of websites visited so that I can get a report of where my employees have been surfing on company time?

not 100% sure on that specific model...but most router's do not actually track such things....you would need to get or setup a proxy server for that...or something of that nature..
