your mouse may not be supported...do you have another mouse to test with? like a ps/2 mouse?

ive fixed my problem by steeling my sisters mouse wich is old 
. ive got another problem though. how do i setup my internet (for Knoppix), i couldnt find anywhere to change my ip adress and stuff.

hi, one question. i have had the same problem with knoppix and wondered what kind of mouse did work?
the only way i can even boot it is in failsafe mode but the optical mouse will not work. would only a regular wheel mouse work?
