I am running Windows XP Home SP2 on Velocity Micro PC at 3.0 GHz with 1 GB RAM

I have Word 2003 set up to be my Outlook email editor and often use the Format Painter to reformat text. I have gone through all of the toolbars in Outlook, trying to add Format painter to Outlook 2003. I don't see it anywhere.

Also: I rearrange my toolbars to fit on 2 rows but cannot find the “lock toolbars” option that I use in IE and other programs. Is there a way to save changes so that I don’t open Outlook to find 4 rows of toolbars?

Can someone help?

Click start then all programmes then Microsoft Office then Office Tools then save my settings wizard, if you are lucky it will work.
