When I got on my computer this evening I got an error message about fontview.exe and vsmon.ese. I looked up fontview.exe and it said it was the opaserv.t virus. Now is where I am totally confused on what I need to do. I can't click on anything and get a response. I have this one browser window open and cannot open another one. When I click on Start, Programs, it says empty grayed out. I cannot download anything. So when I have tried to download a program to help me I cannot download a program either. I have no clue as to what to do. Evidentally my AVG virus program is not working either. When I right click on the zone alarm icon in the task tray it says traffic. Oh and I also cannot open my mail or windows explorer. I am unable to run hijackthis. I would appreciate all the help you can give me. I use windows 2000 pro. Thanks.
