Hi! im using Blaze Media Pro and im trying to convert an .avi file from Pal to NTSC. Everytime i try and do this i get a message saying "An error occured during conversions: File format error." Help? How do i get it to work :whistling:

That means that you do not have either the audio or video codec installed the source file uses. Use GSpot to find out the missing codec, install it, and then the conversion will work.
