Nero 7 is 60 USD per machine and it if is tax deductable, you could consider getting it

They (Revenue) cannot go grizzly on it if the data is important to the business

It's vital! Is multi-session cd what I'm looking for? I've downloaded it and unzipped it and even managed to open it and go to the help!! I feel like a computer whiz kid!

Yes, multi-session allows you to add things whenever, you do not want to use a finalize or close option
