Ok i have this problem when i sign on. when i go to sign on all these charachters are added on to all my screenames. i really want to know how to get rid of this. i also have a problem when looking at profiles. if i look at profiles and then sign off and then sign on and press info all letters from one of the previous sns will be added to it. i really dont understand why this has been happening..and also i can not save my password, if i do.. it doesnt sign on. nothing happens. and i also can not save my away message.. can someone plz help? it will be appreciated

when i try to download hijackthis it neveer comes up it just says they [my computer] has found a virus and the program never comes up..

can i just use ad aware and post the logs?
