I have told her to download and run all of these, plus the online scans. She says she will but each time I ask her she says (I havent yet) so she probably wont.
I told her to come here and post a hjt but Im not going to hold my breath. I told
her not to come crying to me if (when) her computer crashes.
You can only tell people so many times. You get tired of them not hearing you.

If she won't get rid of SmileyCentral, tell her about this site:

www.mysmilies.com

She might not mind dumping SmileyCentral then :tazz:

Well I sent the forum link and the smiley link to her, weather she uses either one is up to her. She might use the smileys because it dont take that long. If she comes on here I will see her post. I would do it for her but she lives to far away.
Thanks Cranky !!! :tazz:

I feel your pain cranky, I have sisters who are the same way. They do the same thing over and over so that when I get their puters clean it isn't too long before they are calling me whining that things are not running "right" again. *sigh* Lucky for them I am close enough to help them out. You can talk til your blue in the face but if they are not going to listen...of course I need to quit talking (and fixing) , maybe they would learn a lesson when they don't have a smooth running puter any longer. :tazz:

Well it happened, My sisters computer crashed. I got an e mail from her and all she said is that her computer has crashed. I dont know why. She probably didnt use any of the links that I sent her. (In my above post). I told her that would happen.
You cant tell some people. They just get on there computer and go anywhere and do not have enough protection (If any) and also dont run any checks with any anti spyware that they could be using. (even if it is free). They dont have time.
Well now she has plenty of time. They dont realize that there infected computer could infect other computers and on and on and on..
Sorry Just ranting.
Thanks Cranky !!! :tazz:

As far as I can see it looks ok. Maybe someone else knows more about it than I do. If you have it on your computer and have run AntiVirus,Trojan, spyware scans and are free of them I would say it is probably safe. Open up the directory where it is stored and run scans on it. But like I said maybe someone else knows more about it. I would be interested in finding out more about it myself. I know smiley central is bad and so is incredimail.
