Discuss Mod Chips, Jewels, Skins, or anything that has to deal with Modding an Xbox/Xbox 360. You may post links but please tell what is in those links for example if its a site that sells jewels say that it sells jewels, if it had mod downloads say so.

Yes, as long as it doesn't break the copyright protection, and violate the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA) it's okay.

Yes "Modding" an Xbox is illegal. It violates the Digital Millenium Copyright Act. If you sale a modded Xbox, you will be in deep legal matters. Case Closed.

Well, Is the site that I posted violating that Digital Millenium Copyright's act? They didn't change chips, just the LOOK of the xbox.

Changing the outside of an xbox is legal but the second you add anything ie: harddrives or mod programs you are in the wrong. They are very strict.
