I'm caught in HP tech support/repair depot/custumer support [bleep]. Been without my notebook (which HP broke!) for 7 weeks. Wrote to the president; he sent it to the people in customer support who, while very nice, perpetuate the problem. Where does one go for help? :whistling:

That really depends on the problem.

If you want help here, dont post in the discussion forum.

Find a forum that relates to your problem and post there with a description of the problem. Had you given any kind of description here, I would have just moved this post to the proper place for you. As I have no clue what kind of problem you are having, I cannot do that.

We are here to help, and enjoy doing so, but you are our eyes and fingers on the machine. You have to give us the relevant information so that we can help you.
