My friend has a Giga-byte Ga-612 graphics card, and It only supports DirectX 5.0. He needs 8.0 to play Warcraft III and I'm trying to help him out. I was wondering if there was any drivers or somthing to download to make 8.0 work, he doesnt want to buy a new Card. Thanks for the help

It could be the spec was directx 5 when the card was released, it may handle the later versions, which you can check here
