Dc++ and Hub connection problems

I am not sure what happened but about 10 days ago I started having trouble downloading files from friends in odc unless I set myself to passive instead of active. Also the hub I run no one can log into.

Anyone out there that can help me please? Oh and off topic I have also noticed that my IE browser will not show animated gif's either, not sure if this is related but it started around the same time.
