Hi,

I have a dual boot system (Win2K + WinXP pro).

My Win2K has been badly infected with Backdoor.Graybird trojan to the extent that I am not able to do the following
1. Connect to the net
2. View files in C:\Winnt\System32
3. Add / Remove programs
4. Run Nortan antivirus
5. Run loads of other programs like Excel / Word etc

It has completely shattered the system. Norton Antivirus loads but I cannot scan anything.

I have followed all the steps as mentioned in general Trojan removal. However that doesn't seem to work.

My WinXp is running fine.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this trojan?

Thanks
k
