Outlook Private Contacts

I've just started using outlook 2002 and I was wandering if you can password protect private contacts and tasks etc. so they can't be viewed on the desktop. I have been using Palm desktop for years and this has the ability to do this and it would be great if you could get the same function on Outlook.
