Hello
i have a compaq presario 2100 notebook pc, its a 2002 computer with windows xp, mobile amd athlon, 1.66ghz,448mb ram.

i purchased a new game, tiger woods 2006. i installed the game and when played has bad graphics and will crash the whole system, it will turn it self off. i contacted ea sports that made the game, they told me to check to game requirments with my computer. in programs under ea sports there is something called easy info that compares youre computer to the game requirments. there are 2 (?) question marks beside
display device, display driver, sound driver.
the ea sports tech told me that the display device ati radeon IGP 320m 6.13.10.6094 was to old to play the game. i was told i needed a 6.14 to play the game.
i went to compaq to look for a display driver update for the ati radeon but had no luck. so i want to know if there is anyway to update the diplay driver so i can play the game?
yes i am new here so bare with me please! thanks

I went looking and from what i've read ATi did not make upgraded drivers for the onboard graphics chipsets so DX9 can be used. DX9 is what the game is looking for. The only 6.14 drivers i can find are for the 9100/9200 series graphics cards. I would not try the drivers as it could cause your computer to crash.
