hi  im running (win2000 pro edition) i have IE6) my internet does not work for some reason. the first problem is that when i try connecting using dial up it looks like it works cause when i use a dial up program it says its connected but when i try searching or when i type in a address using the internet explorer its keeps going striat to res://C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\SHDOCLC.DLL/ and it keep saying PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED. and i tryed using fire fox and it says CANT FIND A SERVER. it started doing this out of no where and its been doing this for a long time and i dont know why. by the way a bad BHO was detected by ewido anti-spyware in C:\winnt\fonts called dllsvc.dll. ewido anti-spyware says its a TROJAN CRYPT and a bad bho and i tryed deleting it with ewido spybot bho demon and its still there and it will not delete for some reason and im not sure if that file dllsvc.dll is damiging the internet can some one please let me know.

can some one please help thanks :whistling:

*** Edited larxanne please don't offer help to malware issues you need to finish geeku before you can start to ***

From me: Sorry my brother shares my account and he thinks hes really smart(he isn't). I keep telling him to make his own account but he wont do it. He also has access to my email so i cant change my password or he'll just recover it.

but i think that you should try searching with Ad-Aware SE and see if it picks anything up.
