Yes as it says i need some information on designing a signature from scratch. I need to know the programs i might need and a little help in steps and stuff thnx for any help guys.

ummm ive got an image and i need to resize it and i want to add my name with some animations like my name go flyin by and leave fire strips then come back and flash then my name would appear then it would repeat.

Geekstogo has a 16kb limit for your signature which rules out everything but the most basic animations if any.
