please, i cannot download anything from the internet. the message always states, i.e. cannot download., site is unavailable or cannot be found. it happens on sites i have always visited. i have a hp pavilion and hp or my ip cannot fix. i have tried everything microsoft suggested (run sfc/scannow) i have searched files & folders, i have deleted files & cookies, i have removed firewall, & i have changed security settings. i am new to computers (this is my first one) and i am totally lost!! can someone please help me?
