Changing the position of running application taskbar icons

Hey guys,
Is there any utility for XP that lets me change the position of the Running Applications button on the task bar. Quite often i need to rapidly switch between running applications and it becomes quite difficult when the the buttons are on the extreme ends of the taskbar (not system tray). I am not talking about the system tray icons.
