Hey. My friend has this program called AC97 Audio Configuration and he claims that it came with his sound card. In this program theres a function to get rid of voice in everything from songs to people talking in audio chats. So, can I get this program somehow, or is there another one just like it?

Just look on a torrent site, either for that one or another. You can get virtually any program you want on those sites.
