IE won't allow multiple windows

Help!
My Internet Explorer will not allow multiple windows. as soon as I click on a link, or try to generate another window, it defaults down to only one at a time. The other user accounts on my computer don't have this problem even though they are all configured identically. Here is my Hijackthis logfile:

HI newbee,

This seems to be a common problem with Ie 6, u need to repair the IE6 , using win xp cd. Hope this helps.
and if theres other way let me know too.

Haven't back from you.

When you right-click an URL and choose "Open in New Window", does nothing happen? (The title bar may flash once or nothing happens).

What about when you press SHIFT and click on a hyperlink? This happens if the Oleaut32.dll file is damaged or it's not registered correctly. If so, then :

First, re-register this DLL using the command REGSVR32 OLEAUT32 (from RUN box). If you receive a module not found error, you will need to extract a new copy of this file (the steps varies depending upon the Operating System). After extracting a new copy of this file, re-register it using the above command.
