I stupidly used a program that downloaded this varient of cws home search assistant and now it has disabled zone alarm from running and infected also my wireless connection to stop it connecting to the net.

spyware doctor seems to be the only thing that spots it. ( ive ran adaware/ewido/spybot/avg/cws shredder all in safe mode )

heres my hijackthis log which seems clean to me

the 021 ssodl is part of WM 11 beta according to castle corps which i do have on my system.

spyware doctor says also states my startup programs are the ones that are affected by it ( this includes the startup of my firewall )

i did find processes like jumbled up letters.exe in the original task manager and stopped those using hijack this.

any help much appreciated

edit: ive just tried http://www.short-med...ead.php?t=18846 to remove it but nothing worked and none of those services existed.

im beginning to think spyware doctor has classed this wrong as a cws virus BUT the problem is still there

edit2: point to note is that i got this [bleep] spyware from a program called hitman or something like that which is meant to run all antispyware progs in one go!
