I'm not even sure if this is the correct forum for this question, but here goes!

Had to install new motherboard on my confuser and don't know if this has anything to do with the issue. Since the installation, programs all work fine, music files play/sound fine (ala RealPlayer), but AOL event sounds are like 45 rpm records being played at 78 rpms (Mickey Mouse voice to you out of towners :whistling: ) This occurs both when signing on to AOL or testing the event sounds through Windows.

Any suggestions/thoughts?
