so im trying to burn some cds. i usually use windows media player to do so but whenever i click the "burn" button, it says "unknown error" can someone please help me

can anyone help?? i really want to burn this cd. ive done it before and right now i have no reason why i cant now.

There r a few options choose one or some
-Try and upgrade you'r media player
-Try uninstall the wmp reset and then reinstall
-uninstall the burner in the hardware device manager then search 4 new components.

Maybe reinstall like vally said, Or get a new burner, such as Nero.
